And when her phone block his vantage point, the sneaky rapper moves to get a better view, never once letting his eyes drift from the stage.

Kim, 37, finally twigs what's going on and cuts short the filming, but even then Kanye doesn't stir from his Rihanna-induced trance, despite his missus' knowing smile.

It is unknown what the contents of the 11 page will contain but mum Cleopatra revealed he was expecting a baby with his girlfriend. At the time of filing his estate he stated he had no children.

Davidson, whose fireman dad died in the 2001 Twin Towers attack, included the joke in one of his trademark bad taste routines.

He said Ariana must have realised how famous she had become because “Britney Spears didn’t have a terrorist attack at her concert”.

Charlotte Hodgson, who lost her 15-year-old daughter Olivia Campbell-Hardy in the attack, said: “For anyone to joke about this situation is disgusting and I think he should publicly apologise for it.

“The families will find it equally as disgusting.

"We don’t need jokes about it, there have been plenty around, and it’s heartbreaking to hear every day.
