The Victoria's Secret model, dressed casually in an all black outfit, and the Philadelphia 76ers star had a dinner date at celeb haunt The Nice Guy before leaving separately to go under the radar, though they arrived at Hyde nightclub moments later in the same car.
They were also joined by model Kaia Gerber and Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordyn Woods.
21-year-old Ben - who up until recently dated US singer Tinashe - helped Kendall with what appeared to be an overnight bag.
Just days that the pair had been seeing each other for several weeks.
Tinashe's brother accused Ben of cheating on his sister with Kendall.
“Never met you before in my life. days after u break my sis heart u do this… people all lied on her talking fake news about my sis *doing kardashian s**t * u cheat on her w a Jenner,” Tinashe's brother Kudzai wrote on Twitter.
Responding to another Twitter user, he also claimed Tinashe and the NBA star only split on Sunday.
In late March Tinashe told Billboard that Ben was "like my full boyfriend".
She added: “It was official before it was on [Instagram]; that was just when everyone else found out.”
On April 21, she posted a loved-up snap of them together and captioned it: "Thankful for you."
Kendall was previously dating NBA star Blake Griffin. The pair first sparked dating rumours late last summer, but things had "cooled off" by February when Blake was traded from the Los Angeles Clippers to the Detroit Pistons.
According to People, they attended the same Coachella party in April but tried to keep their distance.
They’ve definitely cooled off and are taking things at a slower pace, but not because of any particular drama.
