The star had plenty to celebrate after being named Top Female Artist and bagging the Top Selling Album prize for her release, Reputation.
And her BFF Ed Sheeran was the biggest winner of the night, taking home a whopping six prizes, including Top Artist and Top Male Artist.
It's been a busy few days for Taylor, who surprised fans with a special duet at one of her stadium shows.
Girl squad member Selena Gomez joined her pal on stage in California as they performed her hit Hands To Myself.
Selena also used the moment to thank Taylor for sticking by her throughout their 13-year friendship.a
