Porn star August Ames made no mention of the brutal online comments she'd received hours before her death in her suicide note, an official report has confirmed.
The porn star, 23, who was found lifeless in a public park in the early hours of Tuesday morning, had left her family a note that was later discovered in her car.
The Ventura County Medical Examiner's report found that August apologised to her family for taking her own life in the note, but didn't discuss the cyber bullying she'd been subjected to for refusing to have filmed sex with a male performer who had previously slept with other men.
The medical examiner's report found there was no evidence of drugs or alcohol in August's car or at the scene, although toxicology tests are still ongoing.
Her cause of death has been confirmed as asphyxiation due to hanging.
