Kylie Jenner sells her plush seven bedroom Calabasas 'starter home' for $3.15 million... making a 'modest' $550k profit just two years after buying it

She owns vast portfolio property, boasting three properties in the exclusive Hidden Hills area of LA alone.
And Kylie Jenner has now sold her first home, after reportedly slashing it to $3.15 million, £2.42M.
The 19-year-old reality star first bought the plush seven bedroom, six bathroom mansion for $2.6 million back in 2015, before placing it on the market for $3.9 million last year, then relisting it at $3.3million this year.

According to TMZ, Kylie sold the idyllic home, which includes a swimming pool and sprawling grounds, to Bellami Hair founder Nick Eslami.
And pictures shown on the real estate's website show the monochrome-themed mansion's luxurious interior.

A peek into the kitchen reveals statement black hardwood floors, and matching kitchen units.
With a large island taking centre stage, the space flows into  a luxurious dining room, perfect for entertaining.
And the living room follows the black and white theme, with a warming fireplace trumped by a statement Gothic inspired chandelier.

A bedroom sees sweeping rooms of the landscape through the multiple floor to ceiling windows, giving the space a light and airy feel.
A huge mirror-paneled wall is a saviour for Hollywood's beauty conscious, while the blackout curtains act as a surely much-needed defence for the hardened party-goers.
With a rather space-age style white walk-wardrobe a haven for the shoe lover, the bathroom sees an even darker theme.
